What will we address in session?
Blocks can show up in many forms: physical or somatic pain, emotional wounds, limiting beliefs, and rigid identities. They may also be rooted in ancestral patterns, hidden family dynamics, collective burdens, past lives, karmic contracts, or false loyalties to dysfunctional systems, incl. karmic death contracts. Sometimes they arise from secrets, fears, guilt, shame, or unprocessed trauma.
Whatever their nature, these blocks quietly shape our experience until they are brought into awareness and gently get released.
